Where do I park?

There is ample FREE parking available throughout Downtown Paxton. Please be mindful of other businesses and obey any signs that they have posted. The image below shows the most available spots around The Cadillac.
Is there seating at concerts?

Unless otherwise noted, ALL concerts are standing room only. There will be limited seating scattered throughout the venue. This is all first come, first serve seating and will vary depending on the concert.

How old do you have to be to attend a show at The Cadillac?

All of our shows are 18+, unless you are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
What are your hours?

At this time, we do not have open hours, typically we will be open 2 hours before the posted door time on show days. If you are needing tickets, please order online. If you have any questions or are inquiring about a rental, please email us at info@thecadiallacevents.com.
I purchased a ticket to an upcoming event but now I cannot make it. Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets for The Cadillac in Paxton, Il. Ticket is only good for the day and time of show. Any cancellation by the artist or The Cadillac will be handled on a case by case basis. No refunds on tickets bought through a third party agency or from any other private party. Tickets shall be purchased at the venue or online using The Cadillac ticketing merchant. Any merchandise purchased at the venue can only be exchanged during the day and time of the show and the Cadillac is not responsible for any of the artist merchandise return or exchange policies. What can I NOT bring into the venue?

No outside food/beverages are allowed to be brought inside the venue. No weapons allowed. This includes firearms, and knives of any kind, including but not limited to pocket knives. No professional cameras, unless preauthorized by the venue. Prohibited items will NOT be held by the venue. It must be returned to your vehicle prior to entry.
What is your smoking policy?

The Cadillac is 100% non-smoking. There is a smoking area outside of the building on the east side.
What is the bag policy at The Cadillac?

No bags, purses, backpacks, boxes, containers, etc. of any kind larger than 12” x 6” x 12”.
Are there any clothing restrictions?

Nothing with spikes or oversized chains that can be unsafe.
What items are not allowed inside the venue?

What is your reentry policy?

There is no reentry at The Cadillac. Once you leave the building, you will not be allowed back in without purchasing another ticket.
Is The Cadillac handicapped accessible?

We have ramps throughout including both restrooms. Venue is mainly standing room only. There is limited bar stool seating that is first come, first served. For ADA needs, please email us at info@thecadillacevents.com.
